Thinkthread, LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Thinkthread, LLC (“Thinkthread,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our websites and products, including SimpliResy and CreoFleet (the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Product content — information you enter into the Services, such as resumes, work history, and job applications (SimpliResy), or vehicles, work orders, parts, and customer records (CreoFleet).
- Payment information — processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive limited billing details (such as the last four digits of your card and billing status) but never your full card number.
- Communications — messages you send to our support or sales addresses.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data such as pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for sign-in sessions and to understand how the Services are used.
- For CreoFleet customers who connect telematics, vehicle data such as GPS location, mileage, and fault codes.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To process subscriptions and payments.
- To power product features, including AI features such as resume tailoring and diagnostic suggestions.
- To respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
- To protect the security and integrity of the Services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Services — such as Stripe (payments), cloud hosting providers, and AI model providers used to power product features — each bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Recipients you choose — for example, when you share a SimpliResy profile link or send a CreoFleet estimate to a customer.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may delete your account at any time, after which we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records).
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the Services, or by emailing support@thinkthread.com. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by email or in-product notice before they take effect. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
