Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions for products operated by Thinkthread, LLC, including SimpliResy and CreoFleet. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings within the product, or by emailing support@thinkthread.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.
- We do not charge cancellation fees, and there are no long-term contracts on standard plans.
Free Trials
CreoFleet plans include a 30-day free trial that does not require a credit card, so you will never be charged unless you actively subscribe. Where any trial does collect a payment method, we state the conversion date clearly at sign-up, and cancelling before that date means you are not charged.
Refunds
- Annual plans: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial annual charge for a full refund.
- Monthly plans: charges for a billing period already started are generally non-refundable; cancelling stops all future charges.
- Billing errors: duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or other billing mistakes are refunded in full — just let us know.
- Extended outages: if a verified service outage on our side materially prevents you from using a paid product, we will credit or refund the affected period on request.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@thinkthread.com from the address on your account with the product name and the date of the charge. We respond to all refund requests within one business day.
