Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Thinkthread, LLC (“Thinkthread,” “we,” “us”), including SimpliResy and CreoFleet (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Thinkthread provides software-as-a-service products: SimpliResy, an AI-powered resume and career management platform, and CreoFleet, a fleet management and repair-shop operations platform. Each product may have additional product-specific terms presented within the product; those terms supplement these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Where offered, free trials convert to paid plans only as described at sign-up. CreoFleet trials do not require a credit card.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before they apply to your next billing cycle.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services (resumes, profiles, work orders, vehicle data, and similar). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users’ data;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Services without our written permission.

6. AI Features

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate content, such as tailored resumes or diagnostic suggestions. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by Thinkthread, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thinkthread, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-product notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
